Thunderpaws kennel is a place where a dog can be a dog. We do this because we love the dogs not because we want the money.
This started when I brought home my first Dachshund. I
begged my mom to let me have her and she relented. When she had her first litter I knew that raising Dachshunds was what I wanted to do. My older sister fell in love with them also and we started
Thunderpaws in the fall of 2006. Lizzie, my first Dachshund, is spayed now, and just shares her life with me. We do not want to be a big kennel, we only have four breeding females and one male. But we
love them so much, the puppies are so much fun. That's why we breed our babies. We plan to have only a few litters a year. Visit our Dogs page to see pictures of our "kids". Available
